"Time and again I have witnessed Lee's calming
and rational approach to raising children. She has talked both my
husband and myself (at separate times!) out of the rafters after
particularly bad episodes with our son. She remains a strong voice
in my head even after we talk. I can't thank her enough for her
guidance and support."

Class - Ten Stupid Things Parents Do To Make Good
Parenting Impossible
“I had three
really big “Aha” moments during the class. You have a unique
perspective that I have never heard before. I love the fact that it
is expressed with loads of humor. I never felt defensive about all
my ineffective parenting. I hare often heard about
reinforcing negative behavior but never understood it. Your
explanation was clear!!”
“What a wonderful
and informative class. A great group of common sense pointers that
are so available in every day use in raising and coping with
your children. Just wish I’d known sooner!”
“This class has
taught me I have time to change my parenting and make positive
changes in our lives and my children’s lives. You were real and I
love that. Not a fake teacher. If I’m here next year I will take the
class again”
“The whole class
was a real eye-opener. I think you are in a place where you need to
be and a big influence on a lot of lives.
Outstanding” |

I
started my own family fifteen years after Lee did, and many is the
time that I have called her throughout my twenty years of parenting
for advice and support. Her counsel has always been wise and loving
– full of respect for the budding child’s ego and unique
personality, and for the parent on the brink of losing her sanity. I
have always been grateful that she pioneered this wonderful yet
daunting territory for the two of us.

Class – Raising a Gold Medal Kid
“Would you be my mother? Your overall
empathy and personal experience and humor were excellent! Lots
of “light bulb” moments. How about a week long seminar?” You
have truly not only impacted my life, but the lives of my children”
“You should write
a book. You get people to understand things in an easy way.
You make sense”
“I felt so bad
about my parenting skills. My mom passed away about five years ago
and I tend to feel very lost on how to deal with my daughter. Thank
you for pointing out that I am doing okay and reinforcing my way
back.
“You do a good
job every time you come. Each year is a little different. Glad I
came back. Hope to se you next year”
“Once again your
analogies are excellent I feel incredibly inspired to become a
better parent. If I succeed I will always look back to this class
where I got their vision, received the motivation and left
encouraged. I wish you were my
mother-in-law” |

Class – Surviving With Teens –
“Your mix of real
life situations within your lecture makes for a wonderful
time”
“Write a book –
teach more classes – make a video – keep helping others!”
“You made me
realize why I’m not getting anywhere with my daughter. Thank you!
You made me think, laugh and realize there is a lot more I can do
with my child”
“You are great.
God bless you and thank you. This has been an experience I will
never forget. Your class has been the best class
ever” |
